Silver Strikers came from thump to beat struggling TN Stars 4-1 in a TNM super league match played at the Silver stadium on Wednesday.

Kasungu based TN Stars are having a poor season, but they started the game on a high and scored a goal as early as the second minute through Alexander Cosmas.

They, however, failed to take the lead into the half time break as the bankers hit back in the 38th minute when they were awarded a penalty which Zebron Kalema converted.

It was one way traffic in the second half as Silver scored three unanswered goals through a Chawanangwa Kaonga brace either side of a Stain Davie strike.

The bankers are still stuck in 4th position with 23 points from 14 games while things are not looking good for TN Stars who remain in the relegation zone with 9 points from 14 games.
